Early C19. Two storeys. Three windows. Wealden sandstone and Bognor stone rubble with stuccoed window-surrounds and quoins. Tiled roof. Glazing bars intact. Narrow steep central pediment. Doorway with low rectangular fanlight and door of six fielded panels. One window-bay added to the west (dated 1872) of three storeys with
half-hipped gable over.
