Lodge, now cottages. This was originally a number on the Dale Park Estate in the parish of Madehurst, Arun District. The building may originally have been the Lodge of West Burton House. L-shaped early C19 building. One storey. Two windows facing south, four windows facing east. Coursed stone. Wide eaves cornice. Hipped slate roof. Casement windows with pointed heads to the lights. Small square porch, once gabled, but the apex is now missing.
