EAST STREET (North Side) Premises occupied by Jay's Marine (Stable block to former Swan Inn behind Nos 7 & 8) SU 8604 NW 4/458 II

C18-early C19. Formerly stables to Swan Inn which stood on north side of East Street; now used as storerooms. In 2 sections: red tiled hipped roofs with tiled ridges. Brick dentilled cornice below eaves. 2 storeys. 4 small glazed openings on 2nd storey; 2 wooden boarded doors. 4 original semi-circular windows on ground floor; 4 doors (1 modern).
