Details
1. WATERLOO SQUARE 5401 (West Side) --------------- No 17 SZ 9398 NW 7/6 22.7.49. II GV 2. Built Circa 1815-20 by W K arts Daniel Wonham. Similar house to Nos 7 and 9 but intact without later alterations. Though probably as late as 1840, it is good for its date. 3 storeys. 3 windows. Stuccoed. Modillion eaves cornice. Curved iron balcony on 1st floor supported on 3 slender iron columns and 2 pilasters, with hood above supported on trellised columns. One large slightly curved French winiow behind balcony with its glazing bars intact. Other glazing bars missing. Small porch with slender columns and curved pediment. Nos 7 to 17 (odd) form a group.
