2. Includes No 18 Western Road. Early C19. 2 storeys, 2 windows, stuccoed front on modern tiled base. Cornice and parapet with central panel. Glazing bar sash windows. 3-light bows to 1st floor. Small porch with flat entablature containing a segmental arch and keystone in front. Doorway with rectangular fanlight, 6 panelled moulded door and panelled reveals. North front on Western Road has 5 windows and attic. Slightly cambered arches to glazing bar sashes. Cobbles with brick dressings and quoins, 2 storey extension including 18 Western Road: 3 windows. Cobbles with brick dressings, vertical strips and modillion cornice. Glazing bar sashes on lst floor. Margined glazing bar sash on ground floor to left. Later entrance and shop window to right. Eastern gable end has English bond: red brick with grey headers.
Nos 3 and 5 Norfolk Road and Nos 18 to 24 (even) Western Road form a group of which No 3 Norfolk Road is of local interest.
