2. Mid C19. Former lodge. Purbeck stone. Pulborough dressings. 2 storeys. Crenellated parapet, slightly projecting. West corner breaks forward slightly on both elevations; and both elevations have 1 range of double-hung sash windows without glazing bars, framed by 4-centred arches set in oblong panels with chamfered embrasures. Remainder of south elevation has 2 more double-hung sash windows on 1st floor, and 1 on ground floor, all with 4-centred arches and chamfered embrasures. 2 doors side by side in centre, east one with 3 elaborately moulded panels, both with pointed fanlights, in 4-centred arches with chamfered embrasures. Remainder of west elevation has 1 range of smaller 4-centred arches with chamfered embrasures, framing casements with glazing bars, and 1 unglazed pointed lancet. Extension to north has 3 ranges of double-hung sash windows with glazing bars.
