2. Late Cl7. Stuccoed, Pitched tile roof, West extension slate-hung with half-hipped roof. 2 storeys and attics. Deep wooden eaves cornice with moulded consoles, end consoles placed diagonally, as if to emulate dragon posts, Modern shop front on ground floor, 3 double-hung sash windows with glazing bars on 1st floor, 1 attic dormer. 1 storey outhouse to west, attached to No 33. Early C19, Beach flint, Red brick dressings. Grey brick voussoirs. Hipped tile roof, 1 planked door to North (No 33) and South (No 31) latter with red brick steps up. 1 storey outhouse to west, attached to No 31. Early C19, Painted brick, Pitched tile roof. Brick modillion eaves cornice, Modern openings, 2 storey outhouse to west, behind, but separate from, No 31. C18. Red brick. Dressings of Bognor Rock. Hipped tile roof. South elevation has 3 ranges of windows, all casements with cast iron frames and lead glazing bars. 1 planked loft door on 1st floor. East end has 1 planked door on ground floor, and 1 planked loft door on 1st floor,

Nos 27 to 33 (odd) and Nos 37 to 43 (odd) form a group.
