ROTHERFIELD CHURCH STREET 1. 5208 (south side) Builth House and Builth Cottage TQ 225529 38/208 II GV 2. One building. C17 building. Two storeys. Five windows. At the west end is a high carriage archway with large posts at the entrance with mortices for gates (now missing). Brick arches behind these. The timbering of the building is still visible beneath the archway, but the building has been refaced with red brick and grey headers on the ground floor and tile-hung above. Tiled roof. Casement windows. The east end has been entirely modernised in the C19 with two gables. Tile-hung south wing at the back with half-hipped gable and curved window on first floor.
