Hall house, now divided. Early C16 extended in C18 to right and remodelled in C19. Timber framed of stout scantling to left and centre, thinner to right. Whitewashed brick and render infill with patterned tile hanging above to right, some in fish- scale arrangement. Plain tiled roof, hipped with gablet to left. Two storeys with attic to centre under C19,on-eaves gabled and bargeboarded dormer. Small stack to left end, larger multiple stack to right of centre. Fine arched bracing to first floor left and right. Diamond-pane leaded casement fenestration to ends with one ground floor window to left and larger, 3-light window to centre under drip board; further window to right. Door to left, main door in gabled bargeboarded porch to lobby entry right of centre. Further door on right hand return front. Formerly a brewhouse.
