2. Formerly the cottage of the gardener to Juniper Hall. Early to mid C19. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Flint with red brick quoins and lacing courses. Double hipped pantiled roof. 3 round-headed windows with glazing bars intact in the 1st floor; the tallest in the centre, and the other 2 arranged closely on either side (2 sash and 1 casement). Set within rendered architraves. 1 centrally placed round-headed casement window below (no glazing bars: 2 light). Porch with hipped pantiled roof resting on wooden posts. Door of 4 panels with 2 long narrow glazed panels above. Contemporary extension to south of one storey with one round-headed 2 light casement window; pantiled roof. Later extension behind of 1 storey, 2 windows.
