House now divided and partly kennels. C16 to rear left, C19 extensions across front left, C20 extensions to right. Timber framed to rear with brick infill, tile hung above, rendered infill to rear right in Christmas Close. Dressed stone to front left on rendered plinth, rendered to front right and rendered bay, tile hung above set back to right. Plain tiled roofs with ridge cresting, ridge stack with diagonal brick patterning top right of centre. Two storeys with 2 mullioned and transomed windows in raised stone surrounds to first floor left, angle bay window under hipped roof to ground floor left; casement window under raised lintel to left of centre. Open entrance passage to right of centre leading to square glazed courtyards with C20 part glazed doors to left and right (Christmas Close). Left hand return front: Angle bay window to first floor on moulded corbels. Timber framed range across rear.
