1, GUILDFORD STREET 966 GUERTSEY (East Side) Nos 56, 58, 60, 60A, 60B TO 0366 NE 8/95 GV II

2. Probably mainly C18 with alterations. 2 storeys, part probably with loft. No 56, stucco, painted. Old tile roof. 4 near-slush-frame sash windows, at lst floor, now with centre glazing bars only. Altered ground floor with modern shops. Door with 6 fielded panels and flat arch. Weather-boarded side, with projecting end chimney. No 58, 2 windows at lst floor, brick, painted. Tile roof. Ground floor shop. Nos 60 and 60 B, probably late C18 altered, 3 windows in all, at ls+ floor including centre blank panel. Amber brick. Parapet with stone cope. Gauged flat arches to sash windows with vertical glazing bars. Ground floor shop with wood case; separate entrance, with wood doorcase, and 1 sash window, south. No 60A is a 1 storey shop wing, north, with modern front.
