8/19 Nos. 29-30 (The Two Brewers Public House) GV II
Public house. Early C19 with later C19 alterations. Dun coloured stock brick with colourwashed rendered front on ground floor, low pitched slate roofs above. Three storeys, parallel ranges. Originally two-windowed front with end ridge stacks on both ranges, that to right now encased in extension of one bay. Three 9-pane glazing-bar sashes on the second-floor under gauged-brick heads, three 12-pane unhorned sashes on the first floor, two to left with shutters flanking. Pub front to ground floor left under fascia board and with thin end pilasters flanking two fixed glazing-bar windows, one either side of panelled door under overlight. Further C20 half-glazed door to right of centre and flat-lintelled throughway to right with double doors.
