5/171 Hollow Trees 14.6.67 II

House. C16 with extension to left end dated "1727 H.W.I." on brick tablet in gable. C20 extension set back to right. Timber framed to centre, exposed with brown brick infill, blue brick with red brick dressings on left hand extension and half timbering with diagonal brick infilling to right end. Plain tiled roof. 2 storeys with gabled extension projecting to left, extension set back to right. Tall stack of complicated section to left, corbelled top ridge stack to front right. Left hand extension with plat bands over ground and first floors and brick on edge coping to gable. Blind panel under gauged brick head to gable. Two diamond-pane leaded casement windows under gauged brick heads on each floor, one to right on first floor under eaves gable. Two ground floor casements and 2 first floor windows in right end with cross framing to each side. Ribbed door to left of centre in open, hipped roof, porch on brick dado walls. Single storey wing to rear right.
