Former Manor House, extended and divided. "Dated" 1527 on rendered tablet in centre gable, C17 Artisan Mannerist front. Red brick, part colourwashed-now worn away, plain tiled roofs. 2 storeys and attics in gables, on brick plinths. brick dentilated string course over ground floor, plat band and dentilated string course over first floor, both breaking upwards across central gabled bay. Paired end stacks on plinths and corbelled tops, single stack to left of right hand gable and large stack to centre of rear. 3 gabled bays, one 2-light diamond paned, leaded, casement window in each gable; one wood framed, mullioned and transomed window, leaded, on first floor end gable. 2 windows to first floor of centre gable, one lower cutting into plat band. One leaded casement in either side of ground floor, 3 to centre; one on top of small window to left of centre. Gabled, C20 brick porch to right of centre in middle bay with brick dentilled decoration. 6 panelled door to porch, panelled inner door. Single storey, later wings projecting forward from ends. Leaded casement window in gable ends. Pentice roof, leaded, dormer window over angle bay window on court face of left hand wing. One leaded window either side of glazed door on court face of right hand wing. Door in gabled brick porch on end of left hand wing (Wanborough Springs). Pentice roof extensions set back to left end. sandstone quoins and brick buttresses. Plain tiled roof with stone ridge extensions set back to left end.
Right hand return front: triple tile hung gable behind single storey extension around central courtyard, screen wall with arched gate, (The Court).
