Public house. C16 with C19 renovations. Timber framed on brick plinth, whitewashed brick infill below. Fishscale tile hanging above; plain tiled roof, half hipped, with large rebuilt ridge stack to right of centre. 2 storeys. Saw-tooth brick moulding across first floor, 3 casement windows across first floor. Planked door to left of-centre under pentice roofed porch hood on brackets, further door under similar hood to right end. Brick extension to left with pentice roof. Right hand return front: square panel framing exposed. Rear: Single storey C20 brick wing at right angles to front. Interior: Framing visible though restored, deep brick fireplace.
