House, now divided. Built in 3 stages from 1873 for Queen Victoria's dentist. Red brick, tile hung above; plain tiled roofs, hipped over main block with 2 large ridge stacks to centre and stacks to rear. L shaped with entrance court in re-entrant angle. 2 storey entrance block set back to left end, further projecting block to right 2 storeys and attic under large hipped roof dormer, single storey wing projecting from right end. 3 sash windows across first floor left, a further 3 windows to right with circular window to right end. Main entrance at junction of two blocks, left of centre. Arched recessed porch with stone impost blocks, panelled and arched double doors behind with upper parts glazed. Large flat dentilled porch hood with vaulted underside on tapering octagonal columns with square pedestals. Further door to left and at left end of right hand wing. Right hand return front: Dentilled bargeboards, deep coved eaves and chamfered corner to left, with cut brick decoration.
