House. C15 with C17 and C19 extensions. Timber framed with Merstham stone cladding to the east (C17) stone and brick with galleted mortar on flint plinth to the south (C18). Plain tiled roofs with half hip over south range; end stack to left, ridge stack to left of centre and end stacks to rear. Originally 3 bay hall house with 3 bay cross wing (to south and east) extended with 2 bay addition to north west and single storey extension to rear. Main front at right angles to street. 2 storeys, mixed casement fenestration, some leaded, 3 across the first floor; ground floor windows under cambered hoods. 6 panel door with top 4 panels glazed to centre under flat porch hood on brackets.
Interior: stone flooring and walling in passage. Extensive framing visible throughout. 2 storied hall to rear with brick floor and crown post truss. Deep stepped brick fireplace. Two 017 doors with gate hinges and C17 staircase.
