9/151 Cherry Tree Farm House

GV II

House. C16 restored and extended to left in C20. Timber framed on rubble and tile plinth with brick cladding; applied timber frame with rendered and diagonal brick infill to left hand wing with tile hung gable. Plain tiled roof, hipped with gablet to right end, end ridge stack to right and side stack to left. L shaped plan with wing to left. 1 storey and attic under 2 gabled curly bargeboard casement dormers on right hand range. 1 storey to left with three diamond pane leaded casement windows on ground floor. Stable style door to right in gabled porch with mock framing above stone walls.

Interior:- Partition and ceiling framing visible with chamfered beams to ceiling frames. Deep brick fireplace with wooden lintel restored. Cross bracing to first floor bracing.
