Bar,and restaurant. C16 with early C18 front, C20 extensions to rear. Timber framed with brick cladding on rendered plinth to front, plain tiled roof, hipped to left end and partially hidden by a stone coped parpaet. Large ridge stack to left of centre front and end stacks to right. 2 storeys and attic under 4 hipped roof dormers, plat band over ground floor and moulded cornice band to base of parapet. 9 bays with glazing bar sashes under gauged brick heads, centre 3 windows in pedimented break with lunette in tympaneum and stone coping to edges. 1 blocked window either side. Central arched doors in stone voussoir suuround with vermiculated keystone. Flat porch hood on fluted cast iron columns. Left hand return front: "Venetian" window to first floor. Interior: Timber framing visible although much restored and augmented .
