House. C18 or early C19. Brick and flint rubble with colourwashed render
and a thatched roof. Two storeys. T-shaped plan. Entrance front: 3 bays
symmetrically disposed. Central doorway with segmental fanlight and door
of 6 panels. To either side at ground floor level are tripartite windows
with decorative lattice glazing bars to the central lights and louvred
shutters and there is a band at sill level which continues to the sides of
the building. The first floor has 3 similar, smaller, tripartite windows.
Hipped roof. Left hand side: one bay with similar ground and first floor
windows. Rear: projecting central gabled wing of rubble flint with brick
quoins.
