Left hand side: C19 brick walling to both gable ends and the outshut at right. The outshut is slightly recessed and has a 3-light first floor casement. The right hand gable has a pair of French windows to the ground floor to either side of which are 2-light casement windows. Three light C20 first floor casement and a 2-light attic casement. The left gable end has a C19 lean-to conservatory at ground floor level with a glazed door leading to it from the house at right. Right hand side: lean-to at left with four-light C19 ground floor casements at left and right. Two light window to the first floor and a 4-light casement at mezzanine level. The gable end of the C17 range, rebuilt in C19 brick has a 1/2-glazed door at right, 2-light C20 casements at left of both ground and first floors and first floor right with a further 2-light attic window. The C19 wing has a 2-light casement to the ground and first floor level. Rear: 3 bays near-symmetrically disposed. Interior: The outshut contains the present kitchen formerly a tack room, dairy and a pantry, the dairy having its original C19 shutters and hooks in the ceiling to support them. In the C17 range one ground floor room has close studding to the walls, a chamfered ceiling beam with run-out stops and a blocked window, originally of 3 lights with ovolo-moulded mullions. The dining room has more close studded walling, an ovolo-moulded ceiling beam and 4 rectangular panels of decorative plasterwork with central bosses surrounded by 4 lillies and with fleurs de lys to the corners and cyma- moulded borders. The cross axial raised dividing panel has a central rose to each half and fleurs de lys to each end. To the first floor above the dining room is a similar room with a similar ceiling, the only difference being that the foliage surrounding the central boss in each panel here consists of fern leaves. Also to this room are 2 blocked windows and a chimney with 4-centered hearth. Winder staircase rising from the lobby entry and continuing to the attic.
