3/135 Rectory Farmhouse 25.10.51 GV II
Farmhouse: C15 to left hand side, late C16 or early C17 to right hand end. Timber framed and plastered; plaintiled roof except rear of earlier range which is pantiled. Left hand side: single storey and attic; 3 window range, mullion and transom casements, 3 segmental-headed catslide dormers. Right hand side: 2 storeys and attic; one window range, casements; traces of rusticated plasterwork at first floor level indicating the position of former windows; early C19 gabled porch with 6-panel raised and fielded door, the upper 2 panels glazed; internal stack; pierced drop finials to the gable end. Earlier part retains the cambered tie beam formerly over the open hall ; the later part has good closely-spaced exposed timbering.
