Details

HASKETON LOW ROAD TM 25 SW (North Side) 2/112 Gull Farmhouse II Farmhouse. C17. Timber framed with rendered brick infill, grooved in imitation of ashlar with a plain tile roof. Three-cell baffle-entry plan with added wings. Two storeys and attic. Entrance front: projecting single-storey gabled porch at left of centre with a C19 plank door and at left of this a 3-light casement window with Tudor hood-mould and at right of this a similar window. Three similar windows to the first floor. To the ridge at left, above the porch is a square C19 chimney stack with 4 octagonal flues. Axial stack of 2 flues to the right hand gable end. To the right and on-line with the first is a single-storey addition with a cross-window to the ground floor with Tudor hood-mould. The right hand gable end has a single light at left with Tudor hood-mould at first floor level. The left hand gable end has one 3-light window to the ground floor and one 2-light casement to the attic. Rear: projecting gabled wing at left with a 3-light casement to the ground and first floors. To right of this a further, lower, projecting wing with a 3-light ground floor window, and a 2-light first floor window. Recessed and at right of these is the 3- light ground floor casement.

Interior: Chamfered ceiling beams and chamfered wall posts with run-out end stops.
