Farmhouse. C16-C17. L shape plan: a main range with cross wing to the right hand side and a later dairy range to the rear of the cross wing. Timber framed and plastered, partly lined in imitation of ashlar; roof of main range plaintiled to front and pantiled to rear; roof of dairy range part clad in corrugated iron and part pantiled. 2 storeys and attic. 3 windows (including cross wing), 4-light mullion and transom casements; asymmetrical doorway with C19 4-panel door, rectangular fanlight and bracketed gable hood; one small flat-roofed dormer. 2 internal stacks to main range, gable end stack to cross wing. Dairy range single storey and attic, with some slatted windows. On the site of one of the monastic granges of Sibton Abbey.
