House with smithy attached, now used as accommodation for house. C17. Timber framed and plastered with hipped plain tiled roof: smithy is weatherboarded with pantiled roof. Two storeys and attic. Possible lobby entrance. Three window range: C19 casements with metal glazing bars: left hand window has boarded shutters. Modern boarded door. Red brick stack to ridge.
Interior: frame exposed with stop chamfered main beams.
