Cottage, c.1840 in Gothick style. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Red brick with white brick dressings, slated roof with white brick chimneys having circular shafts with moulded cap and base. Wrought iron casements with 2 arched-headed lights with diamond and hexagonal panes. Large 2-storey gabled porch, moulded bargeboard with spike finial ; panelled entrance door with 4-centred head and brick hood-mould; quatrefoiled window at 1st floor with leaded glazing.
