House. Circa 1890s. Red brick with moulded brick and terracotta dressings. Clay tile roof with moulded brick pedimental gable end with brick modillions and with corbelled brick eaves. Brick stack at side. Eclectic late Victorian style. PLAN: Double depth with entrance and stairhall on left and drawing room on right with dining room and service wing behind. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic. 3-bay front, the ground floor with doorway on left with brick pilasters and moulded brick pediment, panelled door and overlight; brick canted bay on right with moulded brick cambered arches, bracketed cill and moulded brick cornice; 3 windows on first floor and brick pilasters with terracotta frieze above and large moulded brick pedimental gable with brick modillions and two small round-headed attic windows in central panel. 4-pane sashes, ground floor without glazing bars. INTERIOR not inspected.
