2. An early C19 white brick house with corner pilasters. 2 storeys. 4 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plastered reveals, with gauged brick flat arches. A 6 panel door with the upper panels glazed has a semi- circular gauged brick arch with plastered tympanum. Roof slate, hipped. A tall brick and knapped flint wall extends approximately 30 yards.

Barton Place shall be amended to read Suffolk House.
