1. KEDINGTON KEDINGTON 2006 Rectory Road Ketton House (formerly listed as The Rectory) TL 7046 24/316 19.12.61.

2. A fine early C18 red brick house with matching fronts on the north and south sides. The fronts have low parapets and stopped end gables each with 2 external chimney stacks. Raised brick bands encircle the building at parapet level and between the storeys. 2 storeys, attics and cellars. 6 window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars (original heavy section), in flush cased frames, with segmental arched heads. The north front has a central 6-panel door with a flat hood on console brackets and the south front has a glazed door approached by stone steps with iron railings. Roof tiled, with 3 gabled dormers on each front. The interior has a fine C18 staircase with twisted balusters, a richly ornamented Rococo ceiling to the staircase hall and C18 panelling.
