Farmhouse. C17 core with early C19 facade and later rear additions. Timber framed core, yellow brick facade with colourwashed brick to gable ends; roof slated to front and pantiled to rear. 2 storeys and attic. 3-bay facade with the quoins and entrance bay set slightly forward and a pilaster between the 2 right hand bays; flat parapet. Inset sash windows with glazing bars under flat stone or stucco lintels. Lobby entrance with inset 6-panel raised and fielded door (the upper 2 panels glazed), fluted Greek Doric pilasters and entablature. Internal stack and gable end stack to right, both in yellow brick. To the left hand gable end is an early C19 3-light ground floor canted bay with internal window shutters which slide below floor level.
