OCCOLD CHURCH LANE TM 17 SE 1/34 The Midge - GV II House. Perhaps late C17. Timber framed, with plastered sides and gable ends of C19 brick. Thatched roof. 1½ storeys. Small 2-cell form. C20 2-light small-paned casement windows. 2 matching boarded doors with moulded cover battens and surrounds. Central stack with mid C20 shaft. Interior not examined. Included for group value.
