Shop with attached house. Early C19. Clay lump, plastered. Glazed pantiled roofs. 2 bay shop, tall 2 storeys and attic; 2 bay house to right, lower 2 storeys. Shop has original shopfront set to right with steps up to a central half glazed door, reeded architrave with a small hood, flanking 7 x 5 pane shallow bow windows with fluted pilasters, entablatures. First floor two 16 pane sashes in flush moulded frames. Plinth. Boxed eaves. Right end extruded stack. Left end attic window. To rear a continuous roof over 1 storey and attic lean-to with further lean-to outshut additions. Set back to right house has a central entrance in a C20 gabled porch, flanking and first floor C19 3-light glazing bar part opening metal frame casements. Right end internal stack. Continuous roof over lean-to outshut to rear.
