2/134 Base of Churchyard cross, - 30m south of the tower of Church of St. John the Baptist

Base of churchyard cross, probably C15. Limestone. About 1.0m square at base, about 0.5m high and reducing to octagonal form. On 4 faces is a sunk quatrefoil within a square. At each corner is the base of a square buttress. The base is splayed at its head and has an octagonal sinking for the shaft; the north face and the sinking are damaged.
