2. Early C18 brick mansion with stone dressings and hipped slate roofs. Two-storeys and attics. 2:3:2 bays, left and right 2 bays in projecting wings. Sashes with glazing bars in straight-headed openings with keystones. String course at first floor level and cornice. Long and short angle quoins. Central doorway with moulded architrave, and open segmental pediment on console brackets, and panelled door. The parapet has late C19 Dutch gabled attic dormers. Interior: early C18 open-well staircase with open string and heavy balusters, and clusters of 4 balusters for newels, heavy moulded handrail and dada panelling. Ground floor room has moulded and fielded panelling. Two Decorative plaster ceilings.
