RECTORY LANE 1. 5377 Newton Burchetts TL 94 SW 9/746 II
2. A C16-C17 timber-framed and plastered house. Renovated in the C20. 2 storeys. Small casement windows. The house has been built out on the south side in the C20. Roof thatched, with 3 dormers on the north side and 2 on the south. At the east end there is an external chimney stack. The interior has exposed timber-framing.
