A C16-C17 timber-framed house with exposed timber framing and plaster infil. Two storeys. The upper storey is jettied on the whole front, on exposed joists. On the ground storey there are two bays, originally C18 but both are now converted into entrances. The windows are old latticed casements. There are some small high level windows on the first storey and the outer windows are oriel bays. Roof tiled, with an original chimney stack with four grouped octagonal shafts. A later wing extends to the west at the north end. Timber-framed and plastered. One storey and attics. Casement windows. Roof tiled, with three gabled dormers. The interior has exposed timber-framing.
