ALL CANNINGS ALLINGTON SU 06 SE 7/2 Bethel Strict Baptist Chapel II
Baptist Chapel, 1829. Flemish brickwork on stone. footings, and slate roof. Rectangular chapel with timber porch and lateral wings to rear, that to south added later, and both with gable stacks. Central 4-centred stone arched doorway with pair of grained doors, within later porch. Two tiers of 2-light windows and central blind window, all with 4-centred stone surrounds and Y-tracery. Similar but longer windows either side of pulpit. Date stone over porch. Roof hipped. Wings have 20-pane sashes on east. Interior has panelled central pulpit, and gallery.
