GV II
House, C17, timber-framed largely encased in painted brick with Bridgwater tile roof, hipped at east angle. Some stone tiles on rear wing. West end outside stack to front range and ridge stack to rear wing. Two storeys. Mid C19 ornamental barge boards to west and south gables. Front range has exposed framing to left of former gable end with truncated apex. Casement pair in former door. To right, painted brick with upper casement pair lower triple casement and door to right in ornamental C19 rustic porch with barge boards and imitation tree trunk supports. Rear wing has east side 2-window range of casement pairs with doors each side, that to left in C20 porch, that to right in ornamental C19 rustic porch. C19 details are matched on No 128 St Edith's Marsh, lodge to St Edith's House (q.v.).
