Farmhouse. Later C18. Brick with tiled roofs. Two tall storeys, two identical 2 x 2 bay wings with hipped roofs and centre link, also two-storey two bays with shaped gable and central oculus. Side stacks to wings. Ground floor windows C19 French doors with three-pane fanlights. Centre block with twelve-pane sashes with slightly segmental heads and similar windows to first floor of wings. Three-bay rear wing to both east and centre blocks and latter further extended. Interior not seen.
The farm is where A.Hosier made some notable agricultural improvements including the Hosier Bail milking system, and a poultry folding system.
