House, now Library, early C19. Stucco, tile roof. 3-storey, 5 x 2 bays with rear extension on right. Door to side, 4 panel with side lights, all within reeded frame with segmental head. Sash windows within simple reeded frames and stone sills, 9-pane to ground floor, 12-pane to first floor, and 15-pane to second floor. Centre of first floor with large cantilevered canted bay with tripartite 12-pane sashes and wide eaves on paired modillions. Door below blocked. Large bow window to rear. Formerly the Green Dragon P. H.
