Cottage. Late C16-C17. Timber framed with brick noggings on brick and flint sill walls. Thatched roof. 1-storey and attic, 2 bays with central stack forming lobby entry plan. Frame 2 panels high with jowelled posts and corner braces. Clasped purlin roof. Central boarded door, 3-light timber casements with board hoods. 2 flush dormers and thatch half-hipped both ends and swept down to 1m high over timber framed rear passage.
