1862-3. Architect William White. Red brick. Tile-hung extension to rear. Pitched
tile roof. Ashlar coped gables. Brick stacks. 2 storeys and attics. Some windows
wooden casements, some stone mullioned. Wooden entrance porch with pitched tile
roof: behind this is brick quadrant relieving arch on foliate corbel: planked
door with iron hinges in pointed arch with alternate voussoirs of vitrified headers.
To right of porch is single-light cusped pointed arch window with ashlar surround
and ashlar hood mould on foliate label stops. Above this are paired lancets also
with hood moulds on foliate label stops and plate tracery with plain transoms
and cusped heads to each lancet.
