House, now incorporating former brewhouse. C18 with C20
extension linking the 2 previously separate buildings. House
built of Isle of Wight stone rubble with ashlar quoins and red
brick dressings. Tiled roof and 2 end brick chimneystacks. 2
storeys 3 windows. 1st floor has central 12-pane sash and end
20-pane triple sashes. Ground floor has two 16-pane sashes in
cambered architraves. Central doorcase with 6-panelled door
and gabled weatherhood. South gable has stone coping and
kneelers. To the rear right is the modern link extension of 2
storeys stone rubble with tiled roof and 3 top opening
casements. This links on to the former brewhouse, 1 storey
stone rubble with red brick dressings, slate roof with 1 brick
chimneystack and modern casement windows.
