2. Early C19. Hexagonal building with angled wings at north and south sides of central entrance. Stuccoed with broad, bracketed eaves cornice and slate roof surmounted by central wooden louvred feature. 2 storeys 2 barred sashes on each face. Central entrance projects with 2 pairs of Doric columns. Steps approach from each side and have ramped handrail and cast iron balustrade which continues across centre, between columns. Cast iron balcony above entrance. Side wings with cornice and parapet. Each 1 storey, 2 windows. Blind, round arched, alcoves in end facades.
The Lymington Town Sailing Club HQ and the Sea Water Bath House together form a group.
