House, formerly farmhouse and attached cottage to left. Left range probably mid C18; right range late C18. Some late C2O alterations. Flemish bond brick with string courses; main range has dentil cornice. Old plain-tile roofs; main range has some C20 plain tiles. Partly-rebuilt brick end stacks. L-plan, with wing on right to rear of lower range, 2 storeys and attic. Regular 3-window main range has central C20 door and overlight with latticed glazing. Painted wood doorcases probably C20 has pilaster strips and thin pediment. Sashes, some C19, with tripartite sash to right and 16-pane sash above, have gauged brick flat arches. Lower 2-window left range has C20 ribbed door. Blocked door to right. Late C20 three-light casements with glazing bars. Ground floor openings have brick segmental arches. Central roof dormer has 2-light casement with cross glazing, and brick-nogged gable. Interior not inspected.
