Details
BOURTON AND DRAYCOTE MAIN STREET SP47SW (East side) Bourton 1/20 No.4 GV II Cottage. C17/C18, with C19 additions to right and rear. Large timber framing with tension braces and lath and plaster and whitewashed brick infill; left corner and return side of whitewashed brick with painted sham framing. Additions of brick; right range whitewashed. Thatched roof; rear wing has tiles; brick end stacks. Right range has corrugated asbestos sheets. 2-unit extended to L-plan with wing on right to rear. One storey and attic; 2-window range. Central C19 plank door has shallow hood on shaped brackets. Ground floor has 3-light C19 casements with horizontal glazing bar. Swept half-dormers have 2-light windows, C20 to left, old to right. Right range has plank door with brick segmental arch. Interior not inspected.
