WROXALL A41 SP2270 (South-west side) 8/136 Entrance walls and gates approx. 600m WNW of Wroxall Abbey School main building GV II Entrance walls and gates. Circa 1866. By Walter Scott of Liverpool, for James Dugdale. Stone ashlar plinth; brick with stone ashlar bands and stone coping. Stone and brick gatepiers with pyramidal stone finials. Wrought iron gates and railings. Walls form curved approach to gateway, which has flanking railings. [ 137]
