1. 1781 WALLACE STREET (South Side) The Eagle Warehouse SP 2765 SE 5/508
II
2. Eagle Works (Engineering) on Ordnance Survey. 1796. Worsted spinning factory erected for Parkes, Brookhouse and Compton. The first and for some time the largest factory in Warwick, its owners played an important part in the life of the town. Red brick on a high stone plinth; stone facings and parapet. 4 storeys, 9 windows, most retaining iron frames, some now blocked. Illustrated in the Birmingham Archaeological Society's Transactions, vol. LIX plate viii. Graded for its significance in the industrail and social history of Warwick.
