Farmhouse. Mid C18. Brick in Flemish bond with stone plinth, storey band and moulded eaves cornice. Plain-tile hipped roof with brick ridge stacks. Central staircase plan. 2 storeys plus attic; 5-window range of C18 cross casements to first floor and C20 imitation cross casements to ground floor. Windows have brick flat arches with stone keyblocks. Panelled/glazed door with semi-circular stone pediment. To either side of door a single leaded light with brick flat arch and stone keyblock. 2 hipped dormers. Further cross casements to left side. Interior: dog-leg staircase with stick balusters rises to attics.
